So approximately a year later, I decided to restart my blogging activity! My 2nd internship began for 6 months as well from June '14 to December '14, and this time it's a boutique hotel which is Swissotel Metropole in Geneva! I work mainly in the restaurant which was called Le Grand Quai (now it's changed to Gusto and they changed their interior as well).
I was working with great chefs and people there, they taught me a lot of things and I also get to work in their pastry department for a while, I improved my fluency of my French here, mainly because most of them didn't really speak English.
But nonetheless, it was a great experience and if you happen to stop by Geneva, you should check out the restaurant and also the bar here!
